We learned about the story of Rama and Sita and we even got to dress up in traditional Indian clothing and dance together. We also enjoyed eating delicious samosas cooked by Prags! It was a great way to learn about a different religion and culture. Thank you so much for visiting.

Year 4 Street Dance - Session 2

In our second street dance lesson, Jess asked us if we could remember what moves we had covered in the previous week. This included; bounce, rock, ripple, Smurf and happy feet. Today we added Bart Simpson and then moved into our work on canons. We split into two groups and created a routine of Smurf, push, drop, canon and windmill. The children were super enthusiastic and listened carefully to each instruction that Jess gave them. Every week it’s wonderful to see them incorporating more moves to develop their final piece.
