Our "People Who Help Us" topic is taking a trip to the dentist! We are very excited to welcome a Dentist (and their trusty dental nurse) to our classroom this week to talk all about healthy smiles.
It’s going to be a "brilliant" session focused on taking care of our teeth and making sure a trip to the dentist is never scary. Here is what the children will explore:
• The Dentist’s Job: Learning how dentists check our teeth to keep them strong and shiny.
• The "Tools of the Trade": Seeing the special mirrors, tiny brushes, and high-tech chairs they use (no scary drills here!).
• Sparkling Teeth: A hands-on demonstration on the best way to brush and which foods make our teeth the happiest.
We’re looking forward to seeing everyone’s pearly whites and learning how to keep them that way!
