Year 3 had an exciting visit from Dawn, a paramedic, as part of the Panda Paramedic scheme. The children took part in a vital first aid workshop where they learned life-saving skills, including how to respond to choking, treat burns, and what to do if someone stops breathing. They also learned how to care for broken arms, practising how to safely put a medical sling on each other. The children engaged brilliantly with the hands-on training and were proudly presented with a Silver Award for their fantastic efforts and newly acquired skills.
