Please see below for all of the upcoming choir dates. If you haven't sent your letter in yet please send it in by this Thursday 15th June as I need to know confirmed numbers for all of the concerts. If your child has just recently joined choir they have several songs to learn so it is up to you whether you feel they can learn them in time before the concerts. All of the songs are on our choir webpage under Sing Together. http://www.stbarnabasdarwen.co.uk/sing-together/
For the Festival of Voice concert on Thursday 22nd June the children need to practise and know off by heart.:
Let no-one steal your dreams
Don't be anything less
You're not alone
Splash (this is a new song)
We will still have choir practise that day but only till 4.15 so that gives us time to practise and then get to King George's Hall for 4.45. If your child isn't performing in the concert, please ensure that they are picked up promptly at 4.15pm.
Tickets are available for the Festival of Voice concert from the King George's Hall box office.
For the Rotary Service at Blackburn Cathedral on Saturday 24th June children need to practise and know off by heart:
One World ( from last year's sing together and the children already know this as we sing it in Worship)
7 Billion Candles
This Day ( this is a new song but is really catchy so we will soon learn it)
